Standard size prints are 474 x 721mm (A1) with a 60mm white border. When framed, the overall finished size is 620 x 870mm.

Large size prints are 640 x 850mm with a 75mm white border. When framed, the overall finished size is 790 x 1000mm.

In the unlikely event you receive a damaged or faulty product, Shot by Harro offers a 14-day replacement or refund warranty from the time you receive the item. You can choose to receive an identical replacement item or a full refund of the price of the product.

For all damaged or faulty products, we will cover the cost of returning the item and sending you the replacement product. Replacement goods are sent out within 2-4 days for unframed prints and 5-10 days for framed prints from the date we receive the faulty product.

We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

When returning your product, please send us the following details:

• Your full name
• Your order number
• Contact number to allow us to contact you to resolve the issue quickly
• Reason why you are returning the product
• Instruction on how you would like the issue resolved.

Please note, we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Australian shipping

Products are delivered Australia-wide using Australia Post (Registered Post) at a flat rate of $30 plus GST for unframed prints and $80 plus GST for framed prints.

Each one of our artworks is printed and/or framed to order and shipped from Sydney NSW. Unframed prints are shipped within 2-4 days and frame prints ship within 5-10 days.

Delivery times are estimated at between 3-10 business days following shipment, depending on your location within Australia. Please be aware deliveries outside of metropolitan areas may take longer. This service will require your signature when the parcel is delivered. If you are not available at the time of delivery, a card will be left for you to collect your parcel from your nearest Post Office.

International shipping

All prints shipped internationally are unframed at a cost of $50 plus Goods and Services Tax (GST) per order.

Each one of our artworks is printed to order and shipped from Sydney NSW. Unframed prints are shipped in between 2-4 days.

For all orders, you will receive a confirmation email once your item has been shipped with tracking details.

We cannot leave our artwork/high-valuable items in the open, in garages or front doors. You must be home to sign for your item.
